The Corporate Governance Institute UK and Ireland have published a new Code of Practice for board reviewers which will give assurance about the quality of a service provider to those purchasing services, as well as to investors and other stakeholders.
The Code is accompanied by two other, related, documents:
- Principles of Good Practice for listed companies using external board reviewers; and
- Reporting on board performance reviews: Guidance for listed companies
